Trail Too Events

The stay I had Best Western Los Alamitos was a good experience. The room was nice, clean, and we stayed 4 days here. It has a pool, and a hot tub, which I used. The pool and hot tub were kept clean. Complimentary full breakfast, choice of breads, cereal, fruit, hot eggs, hot breakfast meat, other hot items, yogurt, juice, and coffee. It has the following amenities High-speed Internet access, Multilingual staff (English, Spanish, Hindi), Elevator, Ice/vending machines, Free parking, Fax services, Photocopy services, 24-hour front desk, Interior/Exterior corridor, Safe deposit box at front desk. Cable or satellite television, Mail services at front desk, Parking for the physically challenged Complimentary newspaper in lobby. The rooms were kept clean and refreshed with towels, washcloths everyday. The staff here were nice ,helpful, and very courteous at all times. All positive review for the Best Western Los Alamitos. Will/would use this hotel again.

Bartender only served high end mixed drinks to people because that would drive tips. A patron was mad and knocked drinks over spraying me and I could not even get a napkin to clean up from bartender. This was evening of 3-27-21. All I wanted was a beer(s).
